My philosophy is based on creating sustainable habits and looking at the whole person, not just training or diet. I am passionate about inspiring and guiding you to a healthier lifestyle that feels right for you, where you gain more energy, strength and self-confidence in both training and life in general.

Here we train

Personal training takes place at Komethallen Gym in Järfälla. The gym offers a well-equipped training environment that makes it possible to tailor each PT session to your needs, regardless of whether your goal is strength, weight loss or better health.

I've done both pelvic floor rehab and muscle building and everything in between with her. Always so happy and positive and incredibly encouraging. I never want to switch PT! I should add that I have two herniated discs in my lower back and underwent an operation with complications. I never thought I'd be able to train again, but she showed me I can! Can I use health benefits?

Yes, with me you can of course use your wellness allowance on all my services!

What are the benefits of me as a Personal Trainer?

As a PT, I can help you in many areas related to diet and exercise. With a personal trainer, you get support and motivation, technical help, tailored training sessions and valuable knowledge about both diet and exercise.

Why should I buy more PT passes at once?

On the one hand, it will be cheaper per PT session, but you will also see better results the more PT sessions we carry out.

I'm afraid that the training will be too hard.

It's completely normal to feel that way! But the workouts are tailored to your level. We start where you are and work together to increase intensity when you're ready. The goal is to make training fun and manageable!

I'm not sure if this will really work for me.

I can proudly say that all my clients have achieved their fitness goals, and I am confident that I can help you too! By creating a personalized health plan and providing continuous support, we will keep you motivated and on track.

What if I don't see results?

We work together to set realistic goals and expectations. If something doesn't work, we'll adjust the plan to suit you better. I'm here to support you and make sure you succeed!

What do I do if I get sick?

Get in touch as soon as possible and let us know that you are ill. We will then book a new appointment when you are healthy again.

Right of withdrawal?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. To do this, contact me atwellnessofsteel@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been performed or to digital files that have been received.

How do I cancel?

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your booked time, so that I can give the place to someone else. In case of cancellation later than 24 hours, the full price is charged, unless it concerns illness for which a medical certificate can be presented. A fee of SEK 500 is charged for non-attendance at a consultation without cancellation. You always receive a confirmation of the cancellation via the contact method we have agreed upon.

PT sessions with me are held at Komethallen gym, located in Järfälla.
