My name is Annie, and I know that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be difficult or boring. As a licensed personal trainer and nutrition advisor, with several educational backgrounds in biology, I have a deep understanding of how your body works and how we can optimize your training to achieve long-term results. Having struggled with eating disorders and finding the balance between diet and exercise, I know how hard it can be to change your lifestyle. Today, I live a balanced life where I listen to my body’s signals and believe that you can eat everything, but in moderation.

What are the benefits of a PT?

As a PT, I can help you in many areas related to diet and exercise. With a personal trainer, you get support and motivation, technical assistance, tailored training sessions and valuable knowledge about both diet and exercise.

Why should I buy more PT passes at once?

It will be cheaper per PT session, but you will also see better results the more PT sessions we carry out.

I don't have time for training.

Life can be busy! The training programs are flexible and can be adapted to your schedule. Even short and effective training sessions can produce fantastic results. I help you find time for exercise that fits your lifestyle!

I'm afraid that the training will be too hard.

It's completely normal to feel that way! But the training programs are adapted to your level. We start where you are and work together to increase the intensity when you're ready. The goal is to make training fun and manageable!

I'm not sure if this will really work for me.
