Hello!
My name is Annie and welcome to Wellness of Steel. My journey in fitness and health began over ten years ago when I first started working out at the gym. Over the years I have gained a deep understanding of the body and its needs, but my journey has also had its challenges.
My journey
I have struggled with eating disorders myself, which has given me unique insights into the importance of having a healthy and balanced relationship with food and exercise. That experience has made me extra committed to helping others find their own path to wellness, without stress, pressure or extreme methods.
Training
About three years ago I became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. After these years as a personal trainer I have had the privilege of supporting many people on their journey towards better health, increased strength and self-confidence.
My philosophy
My philosophy is based on creating sustainable habits and looking at the whole person, not just training or diet. I am passionate about inspiring and guiding you to a healthier lifestyle that feels right for you, where you gain more energy, strength and self-confidence in both training and life in general.
