Prices and Payment

All prices for goods and services are stated inclusive of VAT.

Non-Payment

In the event of non-payment, one (1) reminder will be sent, incurring a reminder fee of 5 USD. If payment is still not made, Wellness of Steel reserves the right to hand the matter over to a debt collection agency, with any debt collection costs to be borne by the client.

Right of cancellation

Your right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. Notification cancellation must be made in writing via email or text message and must clearly state your intent to cancel your purchase. Please note that utilized sessions will be charged. The right to cancel your purchase does not apply if the product or service, such as a meal plan, workout plan, or personal training session, has already been delivered.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled training session will be charged at full price. For cancellations due to illness within this timeframe, a doctor’s certificate is required to waive the payment obligation. If you fail to attend a booked consultation session, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged.

Validity Period

Purchased services are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Copyright

Each digital product (e.g., PDF files) is licensed for individual use only. The customer may not copy, distribute, share, or transfer the product to any other person or third party. All digital products are protected by copyright, and Wellness of Steel may safeguard digital products with encryption, passwords, and license information stamping (including the customer's name, address, and order number) to prevent theft or illegal file sharing.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, you provide certain personal information. By registering and placing an order, you consent to our storing and using your information in our operations to fulfill our agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act (and GDPR), you have the right to request information about the data we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request corrections or deletion. Please contact us via email in such cases. Wellness of Steel will always respect client privacy and never sell customer information to third parties.

Liability and Limitation of Damages

Wellness of Steel is not liable for any injuries that may occur during training. We expect the client to have valid home insurance that covers such incidents. In the event of disputes, these should primarily be resolved between the personal trainer and the client at the training facility, with contact primarily taking place via email or phone calls.

Transfer of Agreement

The agreement may be transferred; however, Wellness of Steel is not responsible for the terms or process of the transfer.
