My name is Annie and I know that a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be difficult or boring. As a licensed PT and nutritionist, and with multiple degrees in biology, I have a deep understanding of how your body works and how we can optimize your training to achieve long-term results. I don't believe in quick fixes, but in sustainable changes that make a difference over time.

What are the benefits of Online coaching?
Online coaching gives you support, structure and flexibility, without taking over your everyday life. Instead of general programs, you get a personal plan that is adapted to your life, your body and your level. You train when and where it suits you, while receiving continuous follow-up and adjustment. This means that the changes last over time, even when stress, fatigue or life's demands get in the way.
I don't have time for training.
Life can be hectic! The training schedule is flexible and can be adapted to your schedule. Even short and effective workouts can produce amazing results. I will help you find time for training that fits your lifestyle!
I'm afraid that the training will be too hard.
It's completely normal to feel that way! But the training schedule is tailored to your level. We start where you are and work together to increase the intensity when you're ready. The goal is to make training fun and manageable!
I'm not sure if this will really work for me.

What if I don't see results?
We work together to set realistic goals and expectations. If something doesn't work, we'll adjust the plan to suit you better. I'm here to support you and make sure you succeed!
Is it bonding time?
Yes. All coaching packages have a fixed duration (3, 6 or 12 months) depending on which package you choose.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. If you choose to start the coaching immediately and change your mind within the withdrawal period, we have the right to charge you for the part of the coaching that has already been completed.
How is payment made?
Payment is made monthly during the selected period, or the entire amount at one time.
Why is 6 or 12 months recommended?
Most people achieve better and more sustainable results with longer coaching periods, where we have time to build habits, follow up and adjust along the way.
