Being a beginner at something can be a little scary and difficult, to make it a little easier try these workouts. Each session has 5 exercises and is performed 3 sets and 10-15 reps per exercise.
Passport 1:
5 min optional warm-up (crosstrainer, bike, treadmill, etc.)
Exercise 1 Leg press
Exercise 2 Leg kick
Exercise 3 Leg curl
Exercise 4 Skull crusher
Exercise 5 Lateral lift
Session 2:

Exercise 2 Rowing in cable
Exercise 3 Bicep curl with bar
Exercise 4 Lying leg lift
Exercise 5 Hip lift
Session 3:

Exercise 2 Back lift
Exercise 3 Burpees
